Key Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure fast service, consistent food quality, and smooth workflow.

Take full ownership of inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste.

Monitor costs closely (food, labour, and supplies) and take action to improve efficiency and profitability.

Recruit, train, schedule, and actively manage staff across front and back of house.

Coordinate kitchen and service teams to avoid delays and improve speed of service.

Step in wherever needed during peak hours and lead the team under pressure.

Key Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in fast food or high‑volume restaurant operations, ideally in a supervisory or management role.

Experience in a startup or growing business highly preferred — ability to build structure, adapt quickly, and take initiative.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and hold a team accountable.

Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and daily operations.

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
