Summit Recruitment and Search Human Resources Officer (Automotive) Jobs in Kenya;The Human Resources Officer will cover recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employee support, compliance, and general HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with Kenyan labour laws, and effective support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment by advertising vacancies, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidates through the ATS.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, prepare employment documentation, facilitate orientation, and support exit processes.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and physical files.

  • Respond to employee queries on policies, benefits, and HR matters, escalating complex issues.

  • Monitor HR deadlines, prepare routine HR reports, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws.

  • Provide administrative support on employee relations and assist in implementing HR policies.

  • Contribute to initiatives that improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

    Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
