Summit Recruitment and Search Guest Relations & Property Coordinator (Hospitality) – Nyali Jobs in Kenya; The Guest Relations & Property Coordinator will oversee day‑to‑day operations of serviced apartments in Nyali, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent guest experiences from check‑in to check‑out.

The role combines guest relations, property management, team supervision and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee serviced apartment operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Supervise housekeeping and caretaker teams, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and property presentation.

  • Manage guest relations, handle complaints professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Manage apartment inventory, availability and pricing across travel platforms to maximize occupancy and revenue.

  • Monitor market trends, demand patterns and competitor pricing; apply data‑driven revenue strategies.

  • Oversee digital presence including travel listings, social media and online reviews to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Ensure accurate use of Property Management System (PMS) for bookings, reporting and reconciliations.

  • Support management with operational and financial reports.

    Key Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Property Management, Marketing or related field.

  • Prior experience in serviced apartments, hospitality operations or supervisory role.

  • Hands‑on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS); multiple systems experience an advantage.

  • Strong background in guest services, operations supervision and team leadership.
