Summit Recruitment and Search Data Entry and Monitor Clerk (Security) Jobs in Kenya;The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational systems, identifying and escalating incidents, maintaining accurate data, and supporting the timely flow of information to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational and tracking systems, identify incidents or risks, and prepare timely alerts for escalation.

  • Collate, process, and analyze information to support daily operational reports and updates.

  • Maintain oversight of tracking platforms and electronic systems used within the Operations Centre.

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in Excel spreadsheets, databases, and operational systems.

  • Handle incoming calls and client enquiries professionally, directing requests appropriately.

  • Support 24/7 client operations by relaying incidents, information requests, and updates to relevant authorities.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and operational information.

  • Carry out additional duties as required to support the Operations Centre.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Studies or relevant field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili; knowledge of Somali, French, or Arabic an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Ability to work variable shifts as part of a 24/7 operation.
