Summit Recruitment and Search B2B Sales Manager (Retail) Jobs in Kenya;This is a build role where the successful candidate will turn a respected craft brand into a repeatable B2B order book. Reporting directly to the CEO, the B2B Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle, nurture accounts, expand the stockist network, and manage corporate manufacturing clients end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, quoting, negotiating, and closing.

  • Nurture existing and inherited accounts into loyal, repeat‑ordering relationships.

  • Grow the stockist network in Kenya and regionally; source potential clients and attend trade events.

  • Build a year‑round gifting pipeline with corporates, banks, hotels, conference organizers, and embassies.

  • Manage private‑label and corporate manufacturing clients from brief intake to delivery.

  • Keep CRM accurate with weekly pipeline reviews alongside the CEO.

  • Quote to the pricing framework and own margin, ensuring production feasibility.

  • Represent a premium craft‑led brand credibly to buyers.

    Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, wholesale or key‑account sales.

  • Experience selling physical, considered purchase or made‑to‑order products.

  • Proven full‑cycle sales experience with ability to acquire new accounts and nurture existing ones.

  • Strong commercial and pricing acumen; ability to assess costs and margins.

  • Strong CRM skills and ability to manage pipelines.

  • Confidence in representing a premium, story‑led brand.
