Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant Commercial Manager – Commercial Beekeeping Jobs in Kenya;Oversee the commercial operations of a growing beekeeping and honey production business. Drive sales, develop markets, manage key customers, improve revenue and ensure the commercial success of honey and bee‑product operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and market share.

  • Identify and develop new markets for honey and bee products.

  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, processors and institutional customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer and business partner networks.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer preferences.

  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets and commercial targets.

  • Lead negotiations with customers and business partners.

  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.

  • Coordinate with production and beekeeping teams to align supply with demand.

  • Support product development, packaging, branding and market positioning.

  • Develop pricing strategies to support profitability and competitiveness.

  • Prepare regular sales, market and performance reports.

  • Identify opportunities for expansion into local, regional and export markets.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry requirements.

  • Build and lead high‑performing sales and commercial teams.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Food Science, Economics or
    related field.

  • Minimum 7 years’ commercial, sales, business development or agribusiness experience.

  • Experience in beekeeping, honey, agricultural products, food processing or FMCG is advantageous.

  • Proven track record in sales growth, market development, customer acquisition and revenue generation.

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and market development.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership and relationship‑management skills.

  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.

  • Ability to work in field‑based environments and travel as required.
