Success Africa is a leading Human Resource and Organisational Development (OD) Consultancy firm with its key operations within Uganda, and presence within the region.

Our client an International Non-governmental Organisation (INGO) based in Kampala with installations up-country is looking to engage the services of a suitable individual in the position of Senior Manager Human Resource and Administration.

The job incumbent who is expected to commence work on 17/06/2019 will be a member of the Senior Management Team reporting directly to the Country Director.

The position will attract a salary that will be commensurate with one’s qualifications and experience.

Qualifications and work experience

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration (Human Resources option), or related degree is required
  • Bachelors degree in SWASA, Business psychology or Human Resources
  • 5 years of progressive experience managing HR operations is required
  • Experience working with ERP systems is required
  • Experience working with a large INGO is an added advantage
  • Paid up member of the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) is an added advantage
