Job Description

Assistant to store in charge (store person)
- Preparing store documents and vouchers, counting and controlling stock, etc.

Register received items daily and timely on Goods Receiving Voucher (GRV)

Record issued items on store Issue Voucher (SIV)

Assist in counting and checking stock balance

Prepare scheduled stock data and submit to store keeper as instructed

Keep store vouchers used orderly and properly for future referencing

Participate in counting stock items, help in loading and unloading of goods sold, purchased or returned from and to the store - Perform other related jobs as instructed by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

  • First degree in any Engineering Field, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management or Business Administration.
  • 0-1 year work experience.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email, etc.).
