Stima Sacco Sales & Relationship Representative Jobs in Kenya;The Sales & Relationship Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, recruit and onboard members, and build strong customer relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and business growth. The role involves promoting Sacco products, supporting members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and direct selling.

  • Recruit and onboard new members by assessing needs, recommending products, and facilitating account opening.

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance retention and loyalty.

  • Identify members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions to deepen relationships.

  • Plan and participate in member education, activations, outreach programmes, and product campaigns.

  • Cross‑sell and promote Sacco products and services to maximize opportunities.

  • Provide timely support to members by resolving enquiries, service issues, and complaints.

  • Maintain accurate member and prospect information, monitor portfolios, and prepare sales reports.

  • Ensure all acquisition, onboarding, and relationship activities comply with KYC, due diligence,
    and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

  • Diploma in a business‑related field from a recognized institution.

  • Bachelor’s Degree an added advantage.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, banking, or financial services.

  • Proven ability to prospect, acquire, and retain customers while achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Good numerical, analytical, and report‑writing skills with ability to monitor performance and prepare reports.
