Stima Sacco Sales and Relationship Representatives - Shariah Jobs in Kenya;The Sales and Relationship Representatives – Shariah (SSREP) will drive sales and marketing of Shariah‑compliant products, educate members on Islamic financial solutions, and build strong customer relationships. The role ensures compliance with Shariah principles while supporting business growth through outreach, product uptake, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and marketing of Shariah‑compliant products through activations, campaigns, and community outreach.

  • Educate members on Islamic financial solutions, savings, and financing options.

  • Cross‑sell Sacco products and services to deepen member relationships.

  • Identify and develop emerging markets and member segments within Muslim communities.

  • Support market research, member feedback, and financial literacy initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong member relationships with high service standards.

  • Capture member applications in CRM and submit timely sales reports.

  • Manage assigned member portfolios to ensure activity and funding.

  • Ensure compliance with Shariah principles, KYC, due diligence, and Sacco policies.

    Qualifications

  • Diploma in a business‑related field from a recognized institution.

  • Bachelor’s Degree an added advantage.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, banking, or financial services.

  • Proven ability to prospect, acquire, and retain customers while achieving sales targets.

  • Training or certification in Islamic Banking and Finance an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of Arabic an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of Shariah‑compliant financial products and principles.
