Stellar Human Resource Solutions Liquor Shop Attendant Jobs in Kenya; To support liquor sales and customer service operations by assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring smooth shop operations while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with liquor selections and provide product knowledge.

  • Drive sales through upselling and cross‑selling techniques.

  • Operate POS systems and handle cashier duties accurately.

  • Manage stock levels, inventory records, and replenishment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the liquor section.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible alcohol service standards.

    Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Beverage‑related field.

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in bar or liquor section.

  • Strong liquor and beverage knowledge.

  • Proven sales and upselling skills.

  • Experience in stock and inventory management.

  • Proficiency in POS and cashier operations.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
