Job Summary

This is a leadership role which is responsible for conceptualization, creating and developing programs / content for TV as well as supervising a high performance team of producers.

Responsibilities

Make and execute time sensitive decisions, with precision and excellence

Supervise a team of producers, production assistants, always leading by example

Develop and implement strategies for award winning, creative and compelling content

Identify and implement emerging technologies and new media that can be adapted to content production

Manage the content production process liaising with different sections for efficiency and overall output

Quality Control – preview shows before they’re released for airing

Develop new ideas for shows each quarter and ensure revamp of existing shows with new and creative ideas

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience: 5 years

Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent,Written: fluent)
