Standard Group Copy Desk Assistants Jobs in Nairobi

Overall Purpose

The incumbents will be responsible for handing advertising space order for Commercial Department for all products.Reporting to Planning and Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Audit advertising sales orders to ensure they are valid
  • Ensuring all advertising orders are approved by the Business Managers/Commercial Managers
  • Key in the advertising space order in SAP system
  • Confirm all campaigned are published as per the client's schedule
  • Reconcile the scheduled order and the bills accurately
  • Report on ongoing campaigns and generate revenue
  • Support sales team on advertising queries

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Computer literate
  • Two (2) years relevant experience in agency media sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well versed with MS Excel and ability to generate reports and perform analysis
  • Pay precise attention to detail and have a methodical approach to work
  • Proactive individual and can work with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
