This role is not open to relocation

To assist the Manager Account Services in maximising the team's performance, unlocking the team's potential to deliver operational excellence incorporating best practices, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and managing risk within the team. Provides technical and expert support to enable the team to meet and exceed the client's expectations in line with service level agreements and set quality standards.

Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric

Experience Required

Service Management

Operations

5-7 years Experience within a Banking operations role, preferably across a variety of teams including account services functions. Gained experience and have strong knowledge of banking systems and how to use these systems to gather information to support the day to day operations.
