Job Description

To proactively acquire new business for electronic Banking (e.g., Business Online, IBFX Platform and Digital SA etc.) and cash solutions for existing and new Enterprise and Entrepreneur segment clients, ensuring that revenue growth required for Transactional Product Sales is achieved.

Ensures the retention of high value customers through the efficient implementation of the sales and service tactical plan.

Accountable for the retention and servicing of the top customers in the portfolio in order to retain profitability.

Live Client service principles (e.g., Sunset principles) meet client’s requirements the first time; responding quickly and deliver within the promised turnaround times; keep the customer correctly informed; follow through and own all queries, complaints and requests, take ownership) to improve customer experience.

Proactively builds and manages relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Merchant, Franchising, BOL operations, Cash Solutions, International Banking desk (IBFX), Acquisition and EVB) in order to generate quality business and growth in the Business client base.

Qualifications

Diploma (Business Commerce)

Experience

3-4 years

Experience as an Account Analyst with exposure to lending principles, sales and

client servicing

Experience in a back-office Account Support or Customer Service Support role to understand how to interact with the client as well as to process client queries and requests

Experience in Credit or Retail Credit Collections responsible to complete credit applications.

Must have relevant intermediary experience in respect of FAIS
