Standard Bank Risk Execution Officer Jobs in South Africa

Job Purpose

Conduct quality assurance evaluations on all contact centre people to ensure set standards are maintained/developed regarding all telephonic customer interactions.

Key Responsibilites

Monitor and improve quality through daily assessment of calls and monitoring of complaints logged in line with set standards and monthly targets.

Identify areas of potential risk e.g. Professional Indemnity/Errors and Omissions.

Compile weekly stats and monthly reports related to all quality measures and provide feedback to management.

Updating and designing QA assessment sheets in line with changes in the business.

Build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.

Evaluate calls and perform root cause analysis when concerns are noted.

Deliver on ideal ways to either reduce costs or increase return on investment in your allocated business unit. (Remedials and Coaching)

Set up and running of monthly calibrations and connect sessions with the business unit.

Qualifications

Matric compulsory

RE (Regulatory Examination) advantage

NQF Level 5 - Higher Certificates or Advanced National (vocational) Certificate (compulsory)

5 years’ experience in customer service or claims call centre experience with short term insurance expereince in personal lines (Compulsory)

2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance (Compulsory)

2 years supervisory experience (Advantage)
