Standard Bank Officer Client Insight Jobs in Uganda

Job Purpose

The job holder supports leadership direction and strategy by proactively identifying actionable business opportunities through client insights generated from line of business partners, custom reporting, and line of sight into overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilites

Connect insights and stories to client business issues, and work with the relevant teams to translate these stories into actionable recommendations for the team and our clients

Create interactive dashboards and reports to help sell and service customers as well as to inform our business leaders on the health of our products

Power the client service teams to deliver class leading analytics and insights to bring additional value to clients and become a trusted advisor.

Synthesize disparate data elements into relevant and actionable insights and stories on behalf of account and relationship managers.

Provide ongoing reporting to the sales organization and its client base and respond to follow-up inquiries and analytic requests.

Attend client meetings to gather data, information, and knowledge, answer questions regarding analytic reporting, methodology, and findings and utilize information in generating insights.

Drive strategic use of data to drive data-driven decision-making and guide the business to potential sales and targeting opportunities.

Qualifications

Masters Degree from a recognized University. Field of study Business Commerce, Business Computing, Statistics or related field.
