Job Description

To oversee and manage the Pricing, Return on Equity and profit optisimization, ensuring customer service levels are continuously maintained and improved.

Qualifications

B Com Degree or related degree with subjects such as Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics and Mathematics

5 - 8 years’ experience within a product house (preferably in Vehicle and Asset Finance).

Experience in operations and managing change processes.

Ensures competitive pricing of the Vehicle and Asset Finance for the relevant market, including price elasticity of pricing changes.

Additional Information

Knowledge of varies costs involved in deals

Knowledge of Risk grades and credit knowledge (probability of default and expected loss)

Good relationship with rate arbitrations and reversals team

Understanding of Basel II and III.

Knowledge of banking products, specifically Vehicle and Asset Finance.

Knowledge of Vehicle and Asset Finance operations and systems.
