Standard Bank Manager Marketing, Youth Jobs in South Africa

Job Purpose

Manage and execute marketing and communications campaigns and projects. Also contribute to the development of marketing and communications strategy and plans for the relevant portfolio.

Key Responsibilites

Translate the marketing & communication strategy and develop detailed marketing & communication plans Review business unit marketing strategies and plans on a regular basis.

Development of operational plans and oversee the implementation thereof.

Manage marketing campaigns within approved costs, quality and timelines.

Approve and submit the reporting dashboard on all marketing and communication campaigns.

Monitor and propose action to ensure the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns.

Oversee production of online and offline marketing assets from initial concept to finished product and execution.

Motivate team members and ensure that they receive recognition for work well done.

Maintain a succession plan for the team by reviewing the skills of the team at least twice a year and having career conversations with them.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing / Social Sciences.

5-7 Years in Marketing and Communications.
