Job Description

To plan, coordinate, monitor and deliver day to day operations of a team within a unit, to ensure availability of complete, accurate and accessible legal and collateral data and documentation required for the duration of the credit life cycle for standard and non-standard transactions, to mitigate operational and reputational risk in support of upstream and downstream functions utilising the banking book facilities in Corporate Investment Banking (CIB).

Qualifications

Matric and BCom degree

Experience

3-4 years experience with all standard and non-standard documents and the SOPs that govern the capturing of information onto the Capital Management System.

Planning and organizing work experience required, with experience supervising others.

5-7 years experience in legal, risk, credit or collateral. Proficient knowledge, understanding and experience with all standard and non-standard documents and the SOPs that govern the capturing of information onto the Capital Management System.

General banking experience required
