Job Description

To provide general intellectual property (IP) legal solutions to meet business requirements, and engage in legal risk management and mitigation in relation to IP related matters.

Field of Study: Legal

Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Post Graduate Degree - LLB; Admitted attorney

Experience Required

Legal

5-7 years proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience in an IP specialist role, either in practice or in-house. Identification and mitigation of legal risk. At least 3 years' people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.
