Standard Bank Group Wealth & Investment Relationship Manager (Mombasa) Jobs in Kenya

Job Description

Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, representing the Wealth & Investment offering, building its profile and reputation as a high‑quality service offering.

Manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth client accounts, providing advice and relationship support to ensure optimal service, integrating all Stanbic Bank products, services, and resources to meet client needs.

Achieve defined revenue targets through retention of existing clients and acquisition of new business.

Qualifications

First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Professional Certification: Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

8–10 years of relevant experience.

Experience Required

Client‑facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking, or commercial banking.

Strong understanding of operational and administrative processes, risk, and compliance standards.

Demonstrated experience in wealth management, investment advisory, and global financial markets.

Knowledge of asset classes, portfolio construction, diversification strategies, risk management, and market dynamics.

Ability to interpret market developments and translate complex investment concepts into actionable insights and tailored recommendations.

Extensive experience managing affluent and

high‑net‑worth client relationships, including business interests, assets and liabilities, liquidity needs, risk tolerance, succession planning, and legacy objectives.

Skilled in identifying client needs and providing comprehensive wealth solutions aligned to long‑term financial goals and family aspirations.
