Standard Bank Group Universal Sales Consultant Jobs in Kenya;This is a sales role focused on driving customer acquisition and deepening relationships with clients through proactive engagement.

The primary objective is to onboard new customers and cross‑sell banking products to existing ones by reaching out at key moments, consistently exceeding customer expectations with timely, relevant, and personalized solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • First degree from a recognized institution

  • 1–2 years’ sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply with strong passion for sales and financial services

  • Demonstrated ability to engage clients, understand needs, and offer tailored solutions an advantage

  • Self‑motivated with integrity and honesty

    Technical Competence

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Basic banking knowledge
