Key Responsibilities

  • Originate, structure, and execute client‑centric banking solutions by coordinating cross‑functional teams.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of engagement.

  • Drive portfolio growth, revenue generation, wallet share expansion, and new business acquisition.

  • Ensure strong client retention and exceptional client experience.

  • Maintain effective risk management practices as the first line of defense, ensuring compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and influence deal teams and stakeholders to deliver complex transactions and negotiate commercial outcomes.

  • Represent the bank in industry forums and stakeholder engagements, strengthening networks and identifying emerging opportunities.

  • Provide strategic sector insights, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate execution of the Energy & Infrastructure strategy.
