  • Analyst – Process Engineering & Automation – Standard Bank Group (Nairobi)

    Job Description

  • Identify, analyse, redesign, and automate business processes across Operations and Business Units.

  • Leverage data‑driven insights and digital tools to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance client experience.

    Qualifications

    Type of Qualification

  • First Degree.

    Field of Study

  • IT, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

    Preferred Certifications / Added Advantage

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt.

  • Data analytics certifications.

  • Project Management (Agile or PMP fundamentals).

    Experience Required

  • 2–3 years’ experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in process engineering, automation, or data analysis.

  • Experience with digital transformation or workflow automation.

  • Understanding of Operational Risk, Controls, and Compliance.

  • Process Mapping and Modelling.
