Job Description
  • To Guide and oversee Enterprise ecosystem client value propositioning, for all prioritised Enterprise Banking sectors in country. To drive innovation, client growth, balance sheet as well as customer retention and acquisition through the design and build of Enterprise Business Development proposition build per sector.

    Qualifications
  • Business Commerce Degree or Qualifications in Data Science or Financial Management

    Experience
  • 5-7 years extensive experience in Business Banking, market development, the design and development of client value propositions per sector; identifying key drivers of income and cost lines
  • Experience in successfully growing the client base, managing and growing a balance sheet and income statement
  • Experience with products and processes across multiple sectors and platforms within Enterprise
