Standard Bank Group Development Programme, Internship - Procurement Jobs in Kenya




The Internship Programme; provides ambitious and driven young talent with hands‑on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Interns will apply academic knowledge to real‑world challenges, gain practical exposure, and learn from experienced professionals while contributing to the growth of Kenya and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply academic skills to practical assignments across finance and related functions.

  • Support business units including Core Banking, Finance, HR, Procurement, Digital, Compliance, Technology, Brand & Marketing, Governance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Data Science/Analytics.

  • Participate in structured learning and development sessions.

  • Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

  • Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

    Qualifications

  • University student undertaking a Bachelor’s degree program in 3rd, 4th, or final year.

  • Availability for the entire 3‑month internship period.

    Additional Information

  • Internship is a fixed‑term 3‑month contract.

  • Two intakes available: October–December 2026 and January–March 2027.

  • Opportunities offered across multiple functions as listed above.
