Standard Bank Functional Consultant, SAP HCM Jobs in South Africa

Job Purpose

To provide Org Management functional support on the global SAP HCM system, across all countries, to ensure system developments are aligned to the Standard Bank Global Template.

Key Responsibilites

Manage and oversee the delivery of Standard Bank SAP HCM system development requirements for an area of speciality (Org Mgmt) to ensure that delivery meets all required standards in terms of risk, quality, customer/user requirements, time and cost.

Maintain and contribute to the development of all required documentation to ensure they remain relevant and in-line with standard governance processes.

Develop and maintain subject matter networks internally and externally to the organisation to ensure relevant technical knowledge is maintained and therefore advice provided to the business is in-line with best practice.

Safeguard reputational risk by managing access to Human Capital data, checking that personal privacy is adequately protected in reports generated and data gathered across the system life cycle.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.

Certificate in SAP HR Configuration.

1-2 years experience in working across and understanding a variety of Human Capital processes.

3-4 years experience in working on SAP HC systems across Africa and Internationally.
