Job Description

To lead, drive execution of Agile Release Train (ART) processes, monitor, control, manage dependencies, resolve, remove impediments, mitigating risks across the ART. Drive continuous improvement to assure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery, overall program increment. Promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing, coaching leaders, teams in the new processes, mindsets, adapt Agile frameworks to organisation, standardising practices leading to Enterprise agility.

Qualifications

First Degree in Information Technology as well as SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification

8-10 Years experience with SAFe 4 framework and implementation of Agile Release Trains and facilitating Lean-Agile Programme execution in large solution and or programme execution using the SAFe 4 framework

Experience as a Release Train Engineer using Kanban software

8-10 Years understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN proficiency and working collaboratively across teams
