Standard Bank Banker- Relationship- Enterprise Direct Jobs in South Africa

Job Purpose

To provide a virtual/ branch-based sales and service function by adding value to Enterprise banking client’s ecosystem requiring financial and non- financial (e.g., platform business) solutions.

Key Responsibilites

Maintain and update customer information on the necessary systems following the applicable proses (i.e., face to face or virtual).

Provide a holistic financial solution offering to a portfolio of Enterprise banking clients.

Proactively contact Top 20, middle 70 and bottom 10 percent of customer in line with Enterprise banking value proposition.

Interact with customers and conducts needs analysis to assist customers to better understand their financial requirements.

Accurately and efficiently process customer mandates/ documentation requirements for banking facilities.

Educate customers regarding the parameters and routine procedures governing standard Enterprise product and self-service channel offerings to ensure the correct customer behaviour and product usage.

Lodge new service requests (queries and complaints) correctly, as either a first contact resolution or non-first contact resolution, as appropriate.

Action service requests within agreed timelines.

Accurately capture, update or amendment customer information and history notes.

Contact customers in order to arrange appointments or discuss any sales opportunities and arrange virtual appointments as and when necessary.

Transfers all client calls to the RTCE survey.

Qualifications

First Degree Business Commerce NQFL6.

Relevant FAIS qualification.
