Job Summary:

    Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the other members of the pharmacy team and investigators to provide support for various clinical trials in the unit
  • Be expected to support the overall accountability, storage and handling of trial vaccine, drugs and related supplies
  • Be required to provide clinical pharmacy services to the ward and to out-patients in our pharmacy, ensuring that proper information is given on the use of various drugs dispensed.
  • Assist in the drug and consumables supply chain management to ensure that essential drugs are available in the pharmacy at all times.

    Qualifications

  • Have a Diploma in Pharmacy and licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board to practice.
  • Have 2 years’ experience in a busy Pharmacy – preferably in a busy hospital
  • Be highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
  • Have good communication & interpersonal skills, flexible and with proven ability to work in a team.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office.

    Job Description

    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other Management and Financial projects.

    Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day to day administration of the
    Audit Department.
  • Deliver the St. Theresa’s Mission Hospital Audit Management Strategy.
  • Designing, reviewing, and developing Audit techniques and procedures for assessing comprehensive financial and systems audit reporting.
  • Carry out compliance of management of resource utilization / financial and policy adherence.
  • Develop and implement a Risk Based Management strategy for the Hospital.
  • Maintenance of discipline and professionalism of the staff within the Audit Department.

    Qualifications

  • CPA (K), ACCA and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance Business Management or related field.
  • At least two years auditing experience in a large organization. Experience in Health Care Institution will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills are essential.
  • Experience in working with the Hospital Management Information system will be a definite advantage.
  • Should possess a good knowledge of administration and procurement processes.
