Looking for a Chief Nursing Officer with a strong clinical background and understanding for healthcare management for hospital in Nairobi, Kenya.

Applicant should have significant experience and a passion for patient-centered care. CNO must be committed to a growing hospital and
excited about the provision of high quality healthcare. Position for
Kenyan Nationals.

Qualifications

Education:

Degree level Nurse; additional education in the healthcare
field a plus

Licenses:

Must have a valid registration and licensure with the Nursing Council of Kenya.

Experience:

At least five (5) years in the Nursing Field with three (3) years of Nursing Management.in a busy Hospital setup with hands on
experience in matters

Specific Skills:

Strong clinical nursing skills including Emergency

Management & Maternity experience; Computer skills including Excel and rostering.

Personal Characteristics:

Compassionate, understanding, honest,
comprehensive and dedicated.

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Clearance if possible is added advantage.

The role of Chief Nursing Officer is a Clinical Administrative role, which requires a deep understanding of clinical skills and hospital
dynamics.

The role requires a strong leader who is able to ensure high-quality healthcare.

The role will incorporate various different
objectives, including clinical and administrative, which means that the applicant should be flexible and ready to take on challenges.
