  • St. Paul’s university is a christian enumerical institution of higher learning in Kenya
    with campuses in Limuru, Nakuru, Machakos and Nairobi. Since the award of Charter in 2007, St. Paul’s university has continued to experience sustained growth with courses in various fields of study, research programs,student population of over 7000 and over 300 full time staff.

  • Qualified and competent personnel have remained the key to this growth. To this end, the university wishes to recruit committed Christians who are highly motivated, with demonstrable competencies to the following positions: Program Coordinator.

    Details of the Job

  • Reporting to the Director SPUEU, the programs’ coordinator duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • To assist in programs’ coordination and implementation for all programs in SPILL/
    LDC&SPUEU.

  • Work together with the Director and the Marketing Coordinator to develop market
    driven programs.

  • Perform general administrative tasks under the program including making arrangements for programs activities and providing logistical support for trainings, workshops and conferences.

  • Assist in providing regular updates on the status of programs implementation to critical stakeholders.

  • Publicize the programs activities to Key stakeholders and clients in consultation
    with the Director, Public Relations and Marketing coordinator.

    Education and Experience Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies or a relevant field from a recognized institution.

  • At least two (2) years of relevant professional Experience.

  • Registration with a professional body will be an added advantage.

  • Competence in IT skills and experience in Microsoft office applications.

  • Prior experience in working in a training and consultancy organization will be an added advantage.
