Sports Kenya Senior Engineer - Structural (Civil) Jobs


Job Description

  • Interpret technical standards and specifications to aid civil maintenance works compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Implement capital and operational support activities for concrete works within Stadium infrastructure

  • Conduct technical and conditional surveys to ascertain the state of Stadium structures

  • Develop job specifications for infrastructural maintenance works

  • Implement sectional/unit maintenance plans to enhance reliability and availability of operational areas

  • Prepare material requirement requests for maintenance works

  • Undertake performance management reviews for assigned projects to achieve corporate objectives

  • Participate in development of departmental annual work plans and monitor expenditure to ensure budget compliance

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for assigned projects to inform departmental decision‑making

    Job Specifications

  • Minimum of six (6) years relevant work experience, with at least three (3) years at Engineer I level or equivalent position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

  • Professional membership with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK)

  • Certificate in Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution

  • Proficiency in computer applications
