Sports Kenya Engineer II (Electrical) Jobs


Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities will entail:

  • Undertake maintenance of electrical installations (offices, sheds, estates, floodlights, CCTVs, access control, air‑conditioning & refrigeration, solar power plant, UPS, fire alarm, and Integrated Security System) to ensure adequate power supply

  • Prepare electrical drawings and maintain custody of all installation records for the Stadium

  • Conduct site inspections

  • Implement preventive and major breakdown maintenance plans for the division

  • Report on equipment and installations breakdown maintenance

  • Execute maintenance and management of all electrical installations

  • Provide information needed for safe operation of electrical equipment and installations

  • Perform statutory inspections and recommend certification of electrical installations in Sports Kenya buildings, installations, and berths

    Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

  • Professional membership with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK)

  • Proficiency in computer applications
