Sponsorship for an Online Degree

I am a Ugandan intending to apply for a MSc in Engineering Management Systems concentrating in Logistics and Supply Chain Optimization to be done online from the USA but the costs of the course are quite steep.

I could foot up some amount but unable to raise the balance.

Are there any opportunities you know of for someone like me?
