Spinners and Spinners Ltd HR Lead Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking an HR Lead to shape the employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture. The postholder will manage labour relations, employee welfare, grievance handling and disciplinary processes for the production workforce, serving as a trusted bridge between employees, union representatives and management.

Responsibilities

Labour Relations

  • Recruit production employees and implement labour relations programs.

  • Coordinate employee welfare with department managers and shop stewards.

  • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions in line with CBA and labour laws.

    Employee Placement & Guidance

  • Identify recruitment needs in production teams.

  • Provide counselling and guidance on work‑related and domestic issues.

    Records Management

  • Manage employee files including wage adjustments, leave and disciplinary records.

  • Oversee preparation and issuance of employment contracts aligned with labour laws.

    Dispute Resolution

  • Resolve escalated issues requiring coordination with other departments.

  • Provide inputs to strategic HR decisions.

  • Work with Compliance Lead on emerging labour requirements and court processes.

    Industrial Relations & Workforce Management

  • Engage union representatives to address disputes and maintain harmony.

  • Support CBA negotiations with actionable insights.

  • Communicate labour relations policies and updates to employees.

    Grievance Handling
    & Risk Mitigation

  • Lead grievance handling processes fairly and legally.

  • Build capacity of function heads to address disciplinary matters.

  • Mitigate employee‑related risks to productivity.

    Workmen Compensation (WIBA)

  • Lead and monitor compensation processes for workplace injuries.

  • Ensure timely investigations and adherence to regulations.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

    Experience & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws.

  • Experience in labour relations, grievance handling and workforce management.

  • Ethics and integrity.

  • Negotiation and mediation skills.

  • Collaboration and people relations.

  • Conflict resolution and change management.
