Special Education Financial Aid

I teach in a school for the deaf in Ethiopia. I only have a first degree in Special Education at a local university. I now want to upgrade my knowledge in this interesting field.

I submitted my app.to Wisconsin university/USA/ for special education and was admitted but I need financial aid.
