Position Title:

Senior Project-Sites

Overview of Position Role, Purpose & Objectives

This is a predominantly Multiple Site Based & Hands-on Role with Office Based work and coordination as and when
required.

Having thorough technical understanding of building construction & practical knowledge of LGS, (Light Gauge
Steel), in particular; you will coordinate the SnS Projects & Manage the requirements of the Construction Managers,
Architects, Engineering professionals, Clients, Sub-Contractors, and the like. You will take all steps necessary to ensure
the workmanship, quality, protection and speed of Project execution on site which are paramount to success of all
projects assigned and ensure repeat and “word of mouth” Sales, which are paramount to the continued improvement
of our business.

You will work closely with the Site Supervisor’s ensuring logistics of supplies, scheduling sequence of
works & timely execution of the same; liaising & working jointly with the design team to implement refinements.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Deliverables

Study and understand the Scope of Works of all confirmed projects.

Carry out site visits and site surveys and check on resources available and omissions that need to be addressed.

Prepare Gantt Charts indicating critical path of key material requirements.

Ensuring all tools equipment’s and materials required for the project are available prior to start of projects.

Responsible for ensuring all statutory and Health & Safety signage’s are in place.

Responsible for checking daily reports from site supervisors and ensuring works are on track.

Responsible for checking main weekly report from site supervisors showing progress against Gantt chart,
material & consumable requirements, etc.

Responsible for attending site coordination meetings and providing brief site minutes.

Responsible for seamless execution of works at all times ensuring high standards of quality & workmanship &
finishes.

Responsible for recording and bringing to attention of the technical head any variation orders issued.

Responsible for checking that the report of materials used on site are as per the BOQ, (Bill of Quantities), from
site supervisors.

Responsible for checking all BOQ’s and; if required, the Valuations

for Sub-Contract works and reporting of any
anticipated cost overruns.

Responsible for ensuring that invoices are issued at the applicable Contract Milestones achieved & follow up
on payments.

Keeping abreast of the Project progress and remaining constantly in contact with Client / Architect advising
them of the same.

To keep abreast of anticipated delays, delays caused or likely to be caused by SnS and/or

Third Parties as may be applicable and taking proactive and/or corrective measures.

Responsible for coordinating the issuance of Variation orders and ensuring prompt endorsements of the same.

Responsible for preparing final account of the projects and check of final accounts issued by the subcontractors.

Responsible for providing a de-brief report & lessons learnt on completion of each project.

Responsible for any and all Actions & Functions not specifically detailed herein; but directly or indirectly implied
in Sections 2, 3 & 4.

Desired Education, Previous Experience, Core Skills & Personal Character/Traits

Education A Recognised Degree in Construction management Mandatory

Work experience Above 3 years in similar Job Role Very Highly Desirable

Past Experience Managing Turnkey Projects of a similar nature Mandatory

Skills

Knowledge in BIM 3d Modeling Highly Desirable

Experience in MS project Very Highly Desirable

Knowledge of OSHA compliance Very Highly desirable

Ability & Experience of Team Management / Supervision Mandatory

Experience in LGS projects Very Highly desirable

Character

Highest Personal Integrity, Strong Work Ethic, Self-Starter,

Strong Leadership by Example, Hands-On Approach Mandatory
