Job Description

Enforce the rules of hygiene, safety and behaviour within his/her team.

Contribute to personal development of his/her team.

Oversees the production of quality malt during his/her shift without downtime.

Follows the production schedules (recipes, blending, …) given by the Production Manager.
Follows the cleaning schedule given by the Production Manager.

Records properly all necessary production process data and reports every deviation that occurred during his/her shift.

Coordinates the priorities of the maintenance crew in case of unplanned downtime in the absence of the Production Manager and the Maintenance Team Leaders and Manager.

Job Requirements

Qualification

BSC Degree in Chemical Engineering,Industrial Engineering ,Food Science or related
Exprience

+5 Years of experience, 3 years as Shift Leader in Manufacturing Industry
