Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Record credit sales and cash sales made in a system

  • Collect documents from banks and record payments received from agents in system and issue cash receipt from cash register machine.

  • Reconcile VAT balance between system and cash register machine and report it to Finance operation Manger on a daily basis

  • Effect payment to requester as per the petty

    cash policy

  • Send petty cash settlement document to Finance operation manager on a timely manner
    Request petty cash replenishment as per the petty cash policy

  • Filling of financial documents

  • Perform customer account lettering(Matching)

  • Handover all the necessary documents to customer or and suppliers on a timely manner

  • Prepare and send other reports as requested by finance operation manager

  • Assist in any other finance activity, of ad-hoc task, as requested

  • Escalate urgent matters to the management when needed.

    Job Requirements

    Qualification

  • Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting and Finance

    Experience

  • Minimum of 1 Years of related Experience

    Professional Skill

  • Analytical skill

  • IT skill (ERP system, Microsoft Excel, Email….)

  • Customer handling skill

  • Communication skill
