Some Target Areas Not Easy!!!

Hallo Joe. You are doing a wonderful job-keep it up!!!

However some of the scholarship target areas are not easy to visit and some have age restrictions thereby denying a number of people interested in further studies the chance to improve on their life!!

Otherwise you are just great JOE!!!!!!
