Solidarités International Cash Activity Manager Jobs in Nigeria; The Cash Activity Manager contributes to the implementation of cash transfer projects (cash and coupons) under the supervision of the Programme Manager. The role ensures timely execution, quality, and compliance with national, international, IT, and donor standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Participate in defining multi‑year strategy, annual review, and planning.
Contribute to sectoral strategy and internal procedures in line with SI policies.
Assessment & Project Design
Support situation analysis and needs assessments.
Contribute to project design, financial, human, and logistical planning.
Draft technical chapters and appendices for proposals.
Propose new projects, approaches, and partnerships.
Operational Implementation & Monitoring
Ensure smooth project cycle management in line with SI strategy and donor criteria.
Contribute to planning, supervision, and coordination with MEAL, finance, HR, logistics, and security.
Integrate cross‑cutting themes (environment, protection, public health, market‑based approaches).
Conduct regular field visits and suggest programme adjustments.
Reporting, Communication & Representation
Contribute to internal and donor reporting.
Represent SI in meetings and forums when delegated.
Maintain local communication networks with stakeholders.
Documentation & Closure
Support archiving of programme documents.
Draft and share handover reports.
Management
Analyse HR needs, recruit, onboard, and supervise team members.
Evaluate staff performance and provide training/support.
Internal Control & Compliance
Ensure compliance of produced documents.
File and archive documents per SI procedures.
Fight Against Abuse
Promote safe work
environment and ethical framework.
Implement measures to mitigate risks of misconduct.
Partnerships
Contribute to verification and support of SI partners.
Participate in oversight of partner activities.
Profile
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Agriculture, Food Security & Livelihood, Economics, or Social Science.
Minimum 3 years’ humanitarian experience in food security, CVA, nutrition, or MPCA.
1 year in similar INGO role.
Strong knowledge of project cycle management and monitoring.
IT skills: MS Office (advanced Excel), Redrose, Financial Service Provider platforms.
Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, reliability, accountability, stress resistance, team player, prioritization, planning, flexibility.
Languages: English mandatory; Hausa an advantage.
