Solar Rays Energy Sacco Field Sales Jobs in Kenya

Job Overview

The Sacco Field Executives will work in their preferred region in Muranga County and will be responsible for educating members on our product portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Team Leader, the candidate is expected to recruit members, in a bid to achieve set targets.

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with new customers

Liaise and train Chamas about the Sacco products

Sell and market Sacco products

Recruiting new members into the Sacco

Making follow ups of prospect customers

Submit daily and weekly sales reports

Qualifications

Must be above 25 years

A previous experience in Sacco sales ,Self Help Groups leadership or training will be an added advantage

A degree or a diploma in Sales and Marketing, Cooperative studies or CPAwill also be an added advantage

Must be join the Sacco

Passionate with sales

Ability to meet set targets

Must have a Smartphone

Remuneration

A guaranteed pay plus an aggressive commission based on performance
