Within the Energy sector, SNV is a facilitator of commercially viable markets for renewable energy products and services for households and SMEs.


We provide advisory services to private, public and non-governmental organizations for improved access to energy for underserved populations within rural, peri-urban as well as urban areas.


Responsibilities


The intern will be a member of the RBF project team working under the supervision of the RBF Consultant.

The responsibilities of the intern will be as follows:

  • Support project assistance advisor to analyse data from beneficiaries Support RBF implementation in data analysis
  • Assist in verification: phone calls and verification reports
  • Provide support for verification reports by IVA
  • Support day to day RBF implementation activities


    Qualifications


  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field namely Marketing, Commerce,
    Business Management or International Trade.

    Skills and Work Experience

  • Data analysis experience is required. RBF experience is an added advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both and English.
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Advanced knowledge in excel in data analysis
  • Be a team player that motivates and supports other members

    Proposed Duration

    These activities will be undertaken for a period of 6 months, from September 2018 to February 2019.
