Roomi Agro industry, we would like to employ very professional, dynamic, dedicated and responsible leader for the following position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, leading, controlling, directing and coordinating the overall activity of the company and also manage marketing team including other staffs.

Responsible for maximizing the profitability, growth and development of the company and create good relationship with existing and potential customers.

Aggressively promotes the company using new technical approach to create the brand.

Ensure implementation of financial rules and regulation in any transaction within/out of the company.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of all employees according to their plan.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

BA Degree in any business related filed.

At least 5(Five) years of work experience of which 3(Three) years as a Manager in a business project.

The ability to work independently, good problem-solving and good team leader skill.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft office)
