Responsibilities

  • Explain scientific and technical ideas in simple language.
  • Prepare technical content on product announcements, marketing brochures,
    advertisements, and marketing specifications.
  • Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
  • Develop a framework for creating and updating help content and user guides
  • Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
  • Standardize content across platforms and media
  • Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
  • Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
  • Assist the marketing liaison in editing information to be posted online

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts in Technical Writing or a related field, such as journalism, English,
    communications. An MA preferable
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a proven interest in writing.
  • Exemplary writing and communication skills
  • Experience writing technical white papers and end user documentation (online and
    printed format) that comply with company standards and is appropriate for the intended audience
  • 3-5 years technical writing experience, preferably in a startup
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the following citation styles (APA, MLA and Chicago/Turabian)
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’
    understanding
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, schedule, and meet deadline

    Business Department

    Responsibilities

  • You will manage and oversee other teams led by the Business Development Manager –
    Technical, and the Business Development Manager –Revenues for revenue realization
    while advising the Head of Product Development for technical specifications and product
    development implementation in line with market needs.
  • You will be involved in the planning and execution of all communications and media actions
    on all channels, including online and social media.
  • You will learn about users and a product’s market
  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value
    proposition for short as well as long term
  • You will assist with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as
    developing new business opportunities
  • You will create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product
    branding
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field from a recognized university
  • A Master’s Degree in the relevant fields with 80% knowledge in usage and application tools and commands in AutoCAD
  • A PhD in the relevant Technical Field with 5 years teaching experience. 70% knowledge in
    usage and application of tools and commands in AutoCAD and relevant Autodesk products required.
  • 5 years’ hands on experience of direct project team management and leadership, with product
    development in a Technology/ Engineering firm (or similar) preferred.
  • Exhaustive understanding of Autodesk software solutions.
  • Adeptness at budget management
  • Possess top notch writing skills and creativity
  • A Master’s degree or similar in education and/or experience is preferred
  • An understanding for either/all design, engineering, product lifecycle management,
    production, manufacturing, and architecture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate in a cross-functional
    setting, and effectively interact at all levels on a globally distributed team
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on a variety of projects and adjust plans based on
    changes to business requirements
  • Self-starter who naturally thrives in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments with strong

    Responsibilities

  • This is the company’s position is responsible for developing and managing the worldwide go-to-market strategies for SkyTOP’s Product Design solutions for the critical revenue realization in accordance with agrees objectives.
  • Leading a team of Business Development Executives and coordinating with resellers of the product under the BDM’s docket, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will direct, develop and manage the go-to-market and solution expansion plans based on defined business growth goals. S/he will define sales and marketing strategies to
    win targeted customers in key industry segments worldwide
  • The BDM shall be responsible for ensuring optimization of SkyTOP brand reputation
    in the marketplace and will be measured on billings and revenue growth.
  • This role requires interaction with various internal and external teams to define, build,
    and execute plans to grow our portfolio in target industries.
  • The scope of the role will include the local, regional, and international audience of the
    company’s solutions, products and services.
  • The successful candidate will have well-developed quantitative and qualitative skills
    that will be applied to accurately measure of go-to-market opportunities, sizing, and
    metrics as well as proactively anticipate trends impacting on revenue performance of the products and solutions of the company
  • Lead a team of sales and field marketing in a proactive manner to supply them with industry focused go-to-market plans and to drive results within direct and indirect sales channels.
  • The candidate will also need to be an effective communicator who can think strategically, write concisely, and speak easily to large and small groups and build coalitions and strategic partnerships.
  • S/he must have the appropriate diplomatic skills to work across the matrix of the
    organization, and easily defend positions using relevant data while mediating opposing views, creating confidence in our global sales channels, and working collaboratively with Product Development Departments and other constituents in
    Industry Strategy & Marketing.

    Requirements

  • An Advanced Diploma, BA, BS or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering; Emphasis in strategic analysis, statistical analysis, reporting and business change.
  • 5+ years of experience developing marketing plans, programs and promotions for high
    technology, high volume products and services to both partners and customers, in a multichannel
    sales model organization with at least 2 years in a software industry.
  • Skilled diplomat, high levels of confidence and maturity with solid experience leading the
    growth and development of a highly diverse software marketing organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence within a geographically dispersed
    global organization to build consensus within and outside of the organization at the
    highest levels to garner support for business objectives
  • Demonstrated success using critical thinking to formulate strategic direction and success
    at skilful negotiation and strategy implementation.
  • Substantial experience in a marketing role with global scope, with an understanding of the
    nuances in marketing to different cultures
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong executive presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required in order to build the strong relationships,
    particularly with sales, field and product organizations and partners, and an ability to be
    highly successful in a matrix management organization.
