Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Strong technical skills related to digital content delivery and display excellent organizational and project management skills.

Firm flexibility to meet the ever–changing client demands.

A problem solver, highly motivated, detail–oriented, open–minded, displays perseverance, especially in the face of any resistance or setbacks, and exhibits a high level of initiative.

Experience:

2–3 years’ experience as a media traffic controller preferably in a media house or a digital advertising agency.

Salary: kshs. 50,000 - 80,000 plus company benefits

Additional Attributes:

Media traffic controller main responsibilities are:-

Working with sales team leaders to develop schedules and timelines for project integration and completion.

Overseeing workflow of all client projects internally - from the point of briefing in, getting the content aligned internally, to ensuring flighting is done on time, tracking the project, de-flighting, and notification for invoicing.

Managing the schedules and flow of all the jobs briefed by the clients.

Reinforces specific guidelines and processes with team members regarding workflow.

Liaising with the internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered accurately and gives notification of start and completion of projects to the finance

department, to ensure that invoices are done on time.

Monitoring production team members’ time on projects to ensure accuracy and maintain expectations for profitability.

Attending project kickoffs, internal reviews, and brainstorming sessions as necessary and contributing with any requested input, samples, etc.

Updating and providing regular project status to the sales director keeping a tracker of all the projects for counter referencing.

Assisting with generating logs for advert to the sales team members for the purpose of reporting.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to content delivery and display monitor display screens for quality control and ensure that content is displayed correctly and without errors.

Prepare campaign reports for every project.
