Skills Geographic Head of Sales Waste Collection Jobs in Kenya

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Other Related Field. Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Head of Sales Will Oversee the Sales of Its Waste Collection Services to a Variety of Urban Waste Producers.

Experience:

  • Strong Previous Experience in Sales, Including Management of Teams. Proven Track Record in Building and Managing of on-the-ground Sales Teams.
  • At Least 5 Years Experience Solution Selling of Complex Products or Services Such as Facility Management, Security, It and Other Service Sector Products but Not Fmcg.
  • Experience in Coaching-on-the-job.having Worked in a Start-up to Mid-size Organization is Regarded an Advantage.

    Additional Attributes:
  • Head of Sales -waste Collection Duties Includes:- Managing of on-the-ground Sales Team Across Different Geographic and Income Areas in Nairobi and Surroundings.
  • Leading and Building regular Feedback and Coaching, Development and Constant Revising of Training and Marketing Materials, Design and Implementation of Sales Kpis, Process and Structure, Market Segmentation and Lead Development, Development and Follow-ups on Controlling Tools.
  • Recruitment of Sales Staff.
  • Development and Adjustment of Sales Strategy. 50% of Time Will Be Spent on Managing the Sales Team (50% of Time Will Be Spent on Direct Sales).
