Description

Our company is engaged in the export of various agricultural commodities such as Coffee, Sesame, Kidney Beans, Soybean, … and the import of different types of Pumps, Solar energy equipment, Irrigation technology equipment, Construction & finishing materials, Wastewater treatment technology, IT solutions, Stationery, and various Printing materials.

Currently, we are in search of a capable, energetic, and young individual to oversee and manage the pump sector in our import department

Qualifications/Skills

• BA Degree in Electromechanical Engineering.

• Three/Four years of experience.

• Clear understanding of the pump sector with previous experience.

• Fluency in reading, writing, listening and speaking Amharic and English.

• Willingness to travel outside of Addis Ababa, when necessary.

• Self-going, accountable, and reliable

• Able to plan and report

• Good at customer handling.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but is not limited to:

• Review technical specifications of new inquiries and manage to respond accordingly.

• Follow and work on International and National tenders floated from various governmental and non-governmental offices in Ethiopia.

• Communicate with foreign suppliers.

• Work on tenders parallelly within the given time frame and meet deadlines.

• Manage our newly established showroom.

• Co-ordinate with functions Managers to ensure smooth flow of information and timely deliveries of requirements.

• Identify and pursue business opportunities in the sector.

• Liaise with internal and external personnel to assure the achievement of the business
